1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items purchased on clearance or special sale (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos as proof for verification.
4. Return Process

- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
