1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items purchased on clearance or special sale (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos as proof for verification.

4. Return Process

  • Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
